Well i had my first session at the Gym today and it went well. I didn't find it as bad as i thought it would be so it won't be too bad to go back really soon. The workout that has been set for me includes
cardio and toning which is good for the full body workout. The next time i go in i have to do the same as today and it works out to be about 35minutes. This doesn't seem like long but week by week
i'll increase the length of time i do so that by at least
christmas i'll be doing over an hour each time.
Due to a shortage of money i may not make it to the gym again until next week and i will go at least twice then and i will be happy to do it.
