It seems such a strange thing to say but it's so true the Gym really is calling my name. I've been meaning to go for a while but it's better late than never. As
i'm able to walk further than i have been able to now it seems like the right time. I'm booked in to go for my first session on
wednesday at 12. When
i'm there Sarah who i saw yesterday will have a routine for me to do and she'll go through it with me so
i'll know what
i'll be doing. In a way
i'm looking forward to it as it will really help with the weight loss and anything to help that will be good. At the moment
i'm planning on going at least twice a week for a minimum of an hour as it's a twenty minute walk to the gym. I will be posting how i get on with my sessions.
In between my sessions i plan on working out at home as i brought a exercise dvd the other day. This is Rebecca Wheatley the new me workout, she lost 12 stone with slimming world so this is well worth a try and i got it for only a pound so it's not as if i spent alot of money on it if it isn't for me.
Twice this week i've walked 5miles witch is the best i've done for a few of weeks so hopefully it will really help on the scales but we'll see on tuesday.
It's lunch time and i think it's time to eat but i've no idea what to have, i think maybe sausages and chickpea dahl.
