What a Good Week

Last week wasn't too good as i put on two pounds and i was really unhappy about it so i decided to be really good this week. I got to the gym 3 times, swam once and did plenty of walking and got out on my bike alot too. So this morning when i got on the scales i had lost a total of 4 1/2lbs which got me my 3 1/2 stone award. I'm so pleased that i am now under 16 stone and the same size as i was 13 years ago.

My love life is going really well and i couldn't be happier with him. He makes me feel really good and everyone who knows me says that i'm glowing which can only be a good thing. It may only be a short time that we have known each other but it feels like we have known each other forever. Since i have been seeing him i have lost 12lbs which is really good so it must be having a positive affect on my weight and if i carry on like this i'll be at target sooner rather than later.

This coming week will hopefully be a good one as i have plenty of body magic planned and spending time with the other half. My body magic week starts tomorrow as it always does with a trip to the gym and a swim and i'll do something over the weekend and then it will be the normal classes on monday followed by a swim and then the gym on wednesday. In between this i'll get out on the bike and walk anywhere else. So if i stick within my syns i should have another good loss when i get on the scales next thursday.

I'm getting hungry and i have a quiche cooking in the oven and its taking longer than it should because i forgot to put the eggs in (blonde moment lol) anyway it won't be long now.

Wanting a Loss

I really want a loss this week and fingers crossed i don't see why i shouldn't have one. I have been doing body magic and will be doing loads more before weigh in on thursday morning. This is my list so far

Sat - Bike ride
Sun - Bike ride
Mon - Bike ride and walk

Tomorrow i'm planning on going swimming and i will ride there and back (i normally walk) and on wedsnesday i will be at the gym with my bff and that will be good.

I'm getting hungry but i can't make up my mind what i should have as i have a choice of salmon or chicken korma. Both are really yummy but which should i have? Both will be syn free so its not down to that. As i'm going to have rice with both i'll see which pack ends up in the saucepan and take it from there lol

A Good Loss

This week i had a really good loss of 4lbs which takes me to a total loss of 3st 5lbs. I am so pleased with this as i was sure that i hadn't done that well this week as on saturday i had mcdonalds and some beer and then on monday i had a yummy chocolate cupcake. But i still did body magic so i'm sure that that helped me.
On wednesday i got a bicycle and i went out on it and ended up doing about 11 miles and i felt really good afterwards. I will get out on it again this weekend with the BF as he cycles everywhere so it will be good to go together.

As i live on the southcoast not far from the beach its a great place to head to for a walk or just a ride along the seafront. I've been there a couple of times recently and it can be a good workout when its windy and you are going in to it. I have a feeling that i will be heading down there alot now i have my bike. Sometimes its nice to just sit and look out to sea and i do love knowing that its close by even if i don't get there that often.
I'll let you know how often i get down there and how much i cycle.

I'm getting hungry and the smell coming from the oven is mouth watering so i'm off.

I'm a Loser

The title of this post says it all really lol.
If you are a Slimming World member and you stayed to Image Therapy this week you may have an idea what i'm talking about, This week i went to get weighed on wednesday evening and it was so worth it. I was awarded the groups Greatest Loser 2012 and i still can't believe it and i got a sash and certificate to prove it (which i will post soon). this has really spurred me on to loose the rest of the weight.

The past two weeks has been really interesting and it seems to be staying that way.
For the past 7 years i've been single apart from a couple of brief flings and now when i was not expecting it i meet a really nice guy. I met him in the swimming pool (when i was not looking my best as how can you in a pool) the day before valentines day. It feels like i have know him for a long time when in reality it hasn't been that long. Being in a relationship changes the way about how you feel about yourself.
With being single for so long you get used to it and now that i have lost weight and i'm getting fitter i finally get a man who puts a smile on my face.
Now i want to loose the weight to look good for him as well as for myself. I will do this and need all the support i can get
