i'm learning during this journey is that Body Magic is important. What is it i hear you ask, well it's exercise. A while ago i got a
kinnect for my
xbox 360 and have been meaning to try it out. The other day i gave it a go with the dance central game and even thou i
t's a good game
i'm just not fit enough for it at the moment. Hopefully when
i've lost a bit more and have tried something else first like maybe yoga
i'll be able to play it better and then
i'll use a few times a week.
At the moment i'm working towards my silver body magic as i got my bronze a couple of weeks ago. I want to be fit as well as slimmer so i need to do this. At least three days a week i'm walking at least 4 miles a day and i'm hoping that i can make it more. Will post here as i get fitter
