As
i've been on this journey for about six months now i know what
i'm doing even if i do still have the odd bad week but those tend to be because i have no money to go shopping. I have been doing the extra easy plan since day one as i find its so much easier but i have seen that other people are having problems with the 1/3
superfree. I've noticed that they are having things like salad with their meals but
i've never done this. I have found that when
i'm cooking i try to add my third into the recipe using
pasata, onions, peppers, mushrooms and other things like that. My plate will also have
superfree veg on it so
alot of the time
i'm having at least half
superfree.
So i have a Tip to get your third
Work your superfree into the main part of your meal so you don't have to have salad as well
