On wednesday i got a bicycle and i went out on it and ended up doing about 11 miles and i felt really good afterwards. I will get out on it again this weekend with the BF as he cycles everywhere so it will be good to go together.
As i live on the southcoast not far from the beach its a great place to head to for a walk or just a ride along the seafront. I've been there a couple of times recently and it can be a good workout when its windy and you are going in to it. I have a feeling that i will be heading down there alot now i have my bike. Sometimes its nice to just sit and look out to sea and i do love knowing that its close by even if i don't get there that often.
I'll let you know how often i get down there and how much i cycle.
I'm getting hungry and the smell coming from the oven is mouth watering so i'm off.
