So what have i been doing since i last posted? Well things have been all over the place emotionally and i'm trying to get back on track with that. I'm not going to go into it on here but those closest to me know all about it.
Weight wise i haven't lost anything for a few weeks but i haven't gained either so it's not too bad maintaining my weight. I'm hoping for a loss this week and all being well i don't see why i won't.
Last week i started my monthly membership at the gym which i'm so pleased about. It feels so good to know that i can do classes, use the gym and go swimming. I have started to work the swimming into my workout and i do feel good for it and i will keep it up. Yesterday i did my first class which was spinning (aka studio cycling) and i did enjoy it which to be honest that was a surprise and i've signed up for next weeks class. The other class that i have signed up for is pilates and this is the one i'm really looking forward to. You always here so much about this and i've always wondered what its like and this is my chance. This will mean that i'll be doing two classes in one day but i'll give it a go and see how i do.
Tomorrow i'm off to the gym again and then i'll be going for a swim and i'm looking forward to it. It feels so good to be in the pool swimming as one of the things i've been able to do no matter what and i've done it on and off all my life. I just wish i knew why being in the pool feels so good and i can swim for ages and worry about it. Roll on tomorrow lol
Last week i got weighed on thursday morning and i got my silver body magic award which i'm so pleased about and i'm starting to work towards my gold which will be in a couple of months.
I'm typing this and my brain isn't with it so i'll end it here tonight and post again soon.
